To improve your competences as a youth worker in order to become more

efficient in your work and life and create your desired impact.

Purpose

to improve your skills such

cooperative skills,
effective communication,
active listening,
self-expression

to experience
how to handle
unexpected situations,
how to improve
through competencefocused learning,
how to integrate
non-formal learning tools
in youth work

to get information on
the Erasmus+ program
and create the base
for future networking
and creation of
common projects

To Phase 2, we invite youth workers, youth leaders, mentors,

coaches, trainers, facilitators NGO staff members and volunteers,
WHO WANT TO:

participants

add a clear learning dimension to volunteering and the development of local small
businesses
support young people in carreer planning and starting small business
support and/or work in teams and/or groups

Changemaker gives the opportunity to:

learn to use YouthPass as a tool and see the connection between
fieldwork and European processes
learn tools of mentoring, coaching and counselling
self-coaching and burnout prevention
explore how creativity works

Arrivals and departures

We ask you to arrive on July 9, 2016 to BUDAPEST until 16:00!
We expect you to participate on the whole program!
Departure from the venue is on July 20, 2016 in the early morning.
This is the first option due to lack of regular public transport!
We organise a common bus for you from Budapest to Hollk
and the way back from Hollk to Budapest.
Your board and accommodation is covered only during the training.
If you would like to arrive before July 8 or leave after July 21,
contact the project manager.

Venue

The accomodation and the program will be in Creative Space training center.
You will be accomodated in 4-bedded rooms with separate shower and toilet each.
The house and the garden is rented for the time of the TC, in order to have it as a home for you
and to have the full privacy of the group. Light housework will be done by the group as well
a daily cleaning, keeping the house tidy, and the cleaning of your own rooms.

The TC will be in Hollk, the countryside of Hungary, 100km from Budapest. The village is situated in
North Hungary and it is part of the UNESCO World Heritage.

Pillows and blankets will be provided. Please bring your own towels.

(to be paid in cash in euro on arrival,
at the registration)

The procedure and the conditions of the reimbursement are described HERE.
Please read it carefully and if you have questions, contact us in advance.
Amounts given are for return tickets between your place of living and Hollk. The amount of your
reimbursement will be calculated based on the distance between your legal address and the venue of
the program. The limit can be less then the amounts indicated above but not more.
We reimburse public transport tickets from Budapest only if you provide the used ticket and invoices.

a Skype meeting with the trainer.
If you are not selected, you will be informed in case a place opens up.
Do not buy tickets without official confirmation us!
Your application is complete when you received the confirmation letter and your travel is arranged.
