Mr Li recalls the day he presented the

better. She wants to use them to see
Tanjong Rhu, their old home, from his
office. She takes a long time to complete
her ritual in the altar room before leaving
to go to the office. Ying, her

wanted to see. However, she remembers
their happy life at Tanjong Rhu.

MORAL VALUES
Caring
We must care about our parents.
The proof is when Mr Li came
home from work and brought a
binocular for his mother, so that
he hope that his mother can see
far and clear.

RESPECT
We must to respect the elders. The
proof is when Ying was arguing over
some joss sticks with popo and Mr Li
was mad when Ying whispered to him
that she just wont hurry Baba always
has to do just what she wants
because of that he thought that
children this day have no respect for
the elders.

APPRECIATING
We have to appreciate our
parents. Just like Mr Li, he
doesnt take his time listening to
his mother stories about his
childhood memories but then
when his mother is about to die
he wanted to ask many question
about his past.

LOVING
We must love our parents with
our whole heart. Just like Mr Li
love his mother so much that he
became unmanageable after his
mother passed away.

YOU
TO BE
