Teaching is the hard job for the teachers in the schools,

college and university, but it's a good job to make you so proud of
yourself to wake every morning and go the new generation like you
build them about what will can encourage them in the life. Now I
am study in education department and I visit the school for three
weeks to learn From my mentor and from my students.
In this essay I will talk and explain about one of my lessons I
did it in the Zamzam school I have four sections for all grade one,
but I choose part two because they are so active and perfect with
me. So my plan was about joys. It's about so some of joys and learn
how you can write the name for each one of them, give them games
about it, and add part to this lesson to teach the students for
example where did see the teddy bear (on, in, or under. This unit
was really good because the students love the all parts of this unit
talk about kinds of joys and colors. I start my class at 10:00 am for
grade one, and I used built strategy to teach them because built
model includes lots of stages that can help me to manage the
students in the class. This lesson was integrated plan between
speaking and listening to teach the students to cause both of these
complete each other." Listening is more than merely hearing words.
Listening is an active process by which students receive, construct
meaning from, and respond to spoken and or nonverbal
messages"Emmert, P. (1994).
To make the students more useful in the class is making them
rewards of many types of listening. That will improve and encourage
students to speak when they listen to me in the class after I give
them questions or if I discuss and let them participate with me. We
have four types different from each other such as "Comprehensive
(Informational) Listening--Students listen for the what is include of
the message.Critical (Evaluative) Listening -Students can judge the
message, Appreciative (Aesthetic) Listening-Students listen for the
enjoyment of this part of listening.Therapeutic (Empathetic)
Listening-Students listen to support others but not judge them (p.
7)."Rees.G(2003).all of this kind of listening can improve the child in
the class, and it depends on the students in their conditions. I made
my lesson plan for this class to transfer from listing activity to
speaking activity. So"If students are to complete a written task
during or immediately after listening, allow them to read through it
before listening. Students need to devote all their attention to the
listening task"Bilsborough. K. (2010). For example, first activity was
about listing I distributed the flash cards on the students like for
cards for each group then I start to spell the word for
example( teddy bear). I want then the students should be listening
to me and if they have the correct word they should stand up and
came in front the students to show the cards for all students.

Second activity I did with them is act like I'm work in the shop, and
the students should be come and speaking to me. For example; they
said hello how are you, can I buy this ball please then I respond yes,
then she asks me how much of this ball, then I told her five dirhams
pleas after that she acts like she gives me money and say good bye.
That activity can improve the skills of speaking for the students with
me in the class or outside. So that reflect on the paper exam
because I receive a high score of them that's mean they understand
the lesson very good and it's a good way to complete the teaching
in this way with some of the Chang in the activities. Moreover, I Post
listening for them to make them active in the class." Most of the
teacher uses summarizing for this purpose. To add some fun to the
process of summing up the teacher can ask learners to create a
group summary".Berezyanskaya. M. (2013) also post-listening
activities are so important to improve the students and Chang the
mood for them also to transfer from the listening activity to
speaking activity such as ask them (what do you think about this
idea?) that's can integration between two activities.

In conclusion, this lesson was so perfect because it's include a

lots of activities divide between listening and speaking. On other
hand I achieve all my goals through their active in the class when
they are speaking or listening to me, and I make sure from that
because they have good answer and the was so compete between
each other to answer on the question, behind that they was so
ready for the exam because they are remember the activities which
is did in the class. Also from my mentor she said when the students
have different of activities that let them feel so active and fun from
new things specially if something related by joys.
