Catholic School
in January 2016
by the TCCED.
Many things
needed to be
prepared,
completed, and
accomplished in
preparation for
the Accreditation
visit.

Administrative team
needed assistance in
the finalization of the
SCCS Self-study
document to be sent to
TCCED in preparation
for Accreditation. In
addition, all the
artifacts to support the
Self-Study Document
also needed to be
organized, filed and
documented into the 7
Domain boxes.

1st step: (August/September)

While searching for and collecting the
artifacts, I helped to keep everything
labeled correctly, filed and organized
into the correct Domain artifact boxes.
In addition to the necessary artifacts for
the Domain boxes, I also organized
important school files and documents for
a separate review by the Accreditation
Chair.
6th step: (January 2016)
During the last days before the actual
Accreditation, I assisted the
Administrative team with last minute
preparations for the Accrediting Team

enhance teaching
and learning;

resources, and
