Human Right vs Common Good

The common goods are the collective advantages of society in which the community share
common benefits given to them. There is big debate that what is common to everyone as maybe
somethings will be common between two people but may not be possibly good for third person.
In social communities common goods refers to the right of every person with the social life
which is the responsibility of the ruling government. The common interest go beyond individual
interest of the people which sustain our common being, our being living together in community.
The human rights talk about basic needs of human that include social life, equality in job,
treatment in organization, treatment in a community all comes under this category. The social
protection gives people moral and legal right claim their social and economic rights. The human
right doesnt require any human nationality, it talks about the human basic right and basic need
all around the world. Many research papers have been published about this topic and their
relationship within each other and with other topics.
The human rights activist intermix these two topics and sometimes say it differently. They are
some related to each other but not fully. Human rights are considered inalienable and cannot be
taken away except for some special situations. But common goods are easily ignored and cannot
be taken into consideration.
The principle of human right applies to everyone in relation to all human rights and freedoms
and it prohibits discrimination age, sex and ethnicity where as common good doesnt consider
such factors. The principle of non-discrimination law says that: All human beings are born free
and equal in dignity and rights whereas common good is for everyone living in the community.
