The principal knows

vision of learning
that is shared and
supported by the
school community.

I created a campus
culture within my
classroom where
maintaining strong
communication
with my parents and
colleagues is vital to
ensure that
everyone shares the
same mission and
vision.

I want to continue
working with
stakeholders and
ensure that the
planning process
runs smoothly and
the members work
collaboratively. I
want to speak
opening with the
admin team about
the vision of the
school and how it
looks for each grade
level.

conference during my
PSEL program. I
always serve for an
advocate for every
child.

I would like to
continue to attend
trainings/conferences
locally and to gain
knowledge of legal
and ethical fairness
especially within
special education.

facilitate and implement
curriculum and instruction
strategies. The principal also
makes sure that alignment is
being maintained across grade
levels.

This year I had the opportunity

to have an Exceptional STAAR
night with a strong focus on
parents of special needs
students and what their
scholars
modifications/accommodations
looks on campus and what it
should look like at home.
Parents were provided with data
of their child to get an
understanding of their
academics.

I would like to develop a

mathematical vertical alignment
on my campus because one does
not exist. Also, I would like to
continue to track the scholars
who receive services under the
special education. I would like
to host meetings bi-weekly to
discuss objectives throughout
the year. I would like to vertical
align with other subjects in the
spring and continue discussing
academic vocabulary.

I worked with my 4th5th grade level teams to

create systems to help
with providing high
quality instruction for
the math block.

I would like to create

more programs for
families and the
community to help lead
instruction for children.
I would also like to
incorporate more
technology to enhance
learning. Lastly, have
weekly math nights
/math days for parents
on campus.

I helped supervise

for math
instruction. I also

the GT training to
help with staff
development and
management of
legal requirements
from the state of
Texas.

I would like to
observe and
evaluate more
instruction. I would
also like to gain
more practice giving
feedback to teachers
in content areas.

gathering and analyzing
data from various
sources to implement
campus decision
making.
