Meeting 1: Metro commercial meeting


Knows customer already: already sent a quotation
o Make sure everyone is present, small talk with customer
o Start meeting:
o Discussing drawing and solving problems
Meeting isn't strictly formal, loose: when someone wants
to ad something to the conversation, they can without
asking for permission. Informal stile, but still professional

After the first part of the meeting he makes a small recap of
what they just discussed and everything he has written down.

After meeting informal conversation with client about both
businesses, not consernign the subject of the meeting.
Client and manager seem to have a good relationship.

Meeting 2: new customer

Makes sure that the client is confortable (drinks an food)


Makes sure everyone is present, smalll talk with client
Introduces everyone to new client
Client introduces himself, what his job is and why he
wants to meet with Gondella, what his plans are
Manager notes down client's wishes, a listendes carefully
and makes again a To Do list
Clients shows what he wants and asks if this is possible
Manager makes conslusions to be able to visualise
everything
Gives information about the presented design and gives
some examples about the possible changes. Shows
which problems are possible when the changes are
made and how they might solve those.

Client introduses problem (scale has to be added into


the ) manager intoduces the drawer who gives some
ready examples about some they already made to
solve the same problem.
Manager introduces some designes; basic info (hight,
length,..), advantages about the different

Meeting with owner:


Planning reconstruction; possibilities, problems, sollutions
Meeting had already started, manager is briefly being informed on

buildings need reconstruction,
the materials they are allowed to use
Plants and trees that need to be removed
Short conclusion
Architect sugests plan
manager asks question, shares his views and problems he noticed,
makes sugestions to adjust plan
At the end they make decisions, conclussions, devide tasks and
deadlines.
