It is important for us to be physically fit so that we can enjoy a healthy and
happy life. Students need to keep fit in order to study well.
First, the best way to stay fit is to be careful about what we eat. We must eat a
balanced diet consisting of proteins, minerals, vitamins and carbohydrates. This will
ensure that our bodies are strong and healthy. In addition, we must drink at least
eight glasses of water every day.
Besides, we must make sure that we exercise for at least 20 minutes each
day. Students should participate actively in Physical Education classes and play
games such as volleyball, football, tennis or badminton.
Next, we must also get enough sleep. Secondary school students need
between six to eight hours of sleep every day. We should rest our minds and relax
during the weekends.
Finally, we need discipline. It may seem difficult, but it can be done.
Remember as well that keeping fit helps us to maintain a healthy body.
