ase User Manual

The Mannings School SubscriberDatabase software is a
tool used to manage the mailing list for the Mannings
School Newsletter Service. The software serves the
simple function of adding and removing subscribers from
the mailing list and does so with unmatched efficiency.

Getting Started
To begin the program:
1. Open the IT ia folder
2. Open the Database folder
3. Double click on the Database program
4. Enter the password when prompted.
5. You should now be looking at the main page of the
program.

Editing Data
Data stored in the database can be manipulated
easily using the built in switchboard.

To add data to a table, double click
switchboard under Forms .

The Switchboard interface will now be in full view.

Click the Forms button to access the forms that will
be used to edit the database.

You will then be presented with the following

buttons:
Click the

button that corresponds

to the table

you wish to update. You

may now enter the data in the fields provided:

After you have entered the desired data, click the button
with the pencil symbol to add the record or the button
on the right to delete the record that contains the
information you specified. After you have finished
editing the table, you may click the third button to close
the form, which will take you back to the switchboard.
