Online Stopwatch- For classrooms which are equipped with a projector, online
stop watches are quite beneficial for encouraging students to persist on their
work. This resource should not necessarily always be used to indicate a time
at which students are to have their work completed by, but rather should give
them an estimate of how long they are expected to work until their next
break. By seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, students are able to set
goals for themselves to keep working for time allotted.

his/her classroom! This amazing tool can be found at teacher stores such as
Lakeshore and also through Amazon.
Wikki Stix- Wikki Stix are not just fun to say, but they are also a valuable
resource for students in a variety of subject areas. From making number

be the most helpful way to determine which of the specific tools are
appropriate for the individual students.
Blooms Taxonomy Wheel-When teachers create their objectives, specific
action words are used to clarify the goal of that specific lesson. Using a
Blooms Taxonomy Wheel can help teachers to consider which level of
understanding they plan to appeal to as well as help them choose the
appropriate action word for their students.
Page Holders-One way which students can be motivated to set and achieve
their own goals through reading can be as simple as a piece of paper
