Q : If a team in performing stage is moved to a new project which stage

will the team begin from for the new project

Even if the team members have worked together previously it cannot be assumed
that they will be immediately a high-performing team. According to Tuckman team
development model all teams have a Forming stage in which the team meets &
learns about the project & their formal roles & responsibilities.
At this time the tram members are independent & not as open in this phase. The
model further goes onto Storming, Norming , Performing & Adjoining stage.
