    Candidates will be required to pay Rs.750/- in cash as fee of the Members of the
    Central Medical Board. In addition a sum of Rs.100/- as fee will be deposited by them in
    Government Treasury/State Bank of Pakistan/National Bank of Pakistan under Head of Account
    C-02839-Health Fee for Medical Examination and original copy of Treasury Challan, may be
    handed over to the Medical Board at the time of your Medical Examination. For your facilitation
    the treasury challan for medical examination is also placed on website which can be downloaded.
    2.

    If candidates are wearing glasses then get themselves re-examined by any Federal

    Government Eye Specialist and bring latest prescription along with glasses.
    3.

    To facilitate Medical Examination, candidates are also advised to put on an under

    wear. No T.A/D.A. is permissible under the rules in connection with medical examination of the
    candidates.
