CC07 ECR Info System

Definition:Engineering Change Request will contain the object to be
changed. E.g. BOM or routing to be changed using this
Engineering Change Request
Engineering change request will be normally created by the
design department.
Objective
This document is to generate the report to see the number of
ECM created for a given period
Prerequisites:ECR numbers already created.
Required authorization
Menu path
LogisticCentral FunctionsEngg.Change Mgmt. Reporting
Info system
Double click Info System
The input screen wherein input details are to be given.
Press

to get more input fields

On pressing the Dynamic selection subsequent screen will

appear as below.

Double click on the relevant field to bring the field to the

selection area.

By navigating the cursor up & low more heading

can be seen. If the selection is to be based on
Changed on Keep the cursor on Changed on and
double click, now it will appear in the right side
main screen to give the input.

Click

to generate output.

Result will appear as shown below.

More information can be seen in the right side by pulling the
screen as explained below.

Keep the cursor in the line, which is here displayed by a circle.

User can see the change in the cursor. Cursor will appear
as, at this position of cursor drag it towards right side.

This is the expanded screen where in one can see the

description of the change number.
By Expanding the product structure tree more information
can be obtained.
