What is it worth?
The neglection of defenseless women and children has a monumental effect on society causing a
division between race, religion, and gender slowing down the innovation and creativity of social
growth. The persecution of women and children, the treatment as if they were lower beings or
property were unsee as a wrongdoing in these times for they were common no one stood in the
way cause this lifestyle to carry on for hundreds of years till present day. Your wife was
supposed to have dinner prepared for you not to work or go to school or even choose her own
husband, same goes for children they did not choose to be born but still they are left in the
gutters left for dead of starvation, disease or worse the parents did not not know better thinking it
was for the best not even considering these points.

These issue's still carry-on in our society today pushing our society backwards stopping the free
flowing creativity and innovation. These issues will never be solved till we as a people fully
realize our wrong doings and how much persecution we have done. Causing our own people to
live in a dysfunctional society torn between right and wrong, religion towards science, and even
men or women not coming to terms with who we are and that we are all equal and that we are all
human being with one goal to determine why we are on this planet.
Living in a world torn down the middle not know who is a friend or foe, whether to trust fact or
the word of a higher being but no factual evidence. This problems will not solve themselves but

what is our planet, people, even society willing to sacrifice for a better tomorrow so a women
can work a job and support her family as much as a man in the same position, and for all
children to have a childhood never fear those that provide for them to hide in the kingdom of
solitude from the outside world. To flee and hide their feelings from those just trying to help not
knowing what to do with there feelings just holding them in till the point they explode.

What are you willing to sacrifice thirty five dollars a year to pay for underprivileged kids to go to
college no, but you will pay all your tax money to fund building a weapon used to kill, but not
for a kids who want knowledge, to be educated. This is the problem with our society, there are
too many uninformed citizens that just go with a rash uneducated decision when it was an easy
fix causing a mountain of consciences for their actions. How can a nation indivisible, with liberty
and justice for all, still be so prejudice and one sided nothing in our short history as nation has
turned the tide on unjustified inequality and discrimination we see in our day to daily lives. The
Christmas carol shows that no matter how much wrong you have done it's never too late to
change your ways and help those in need giving to those less fortunate is the first step. Scrooge
is how easily the human spirit is broken we have feelings and the death and loss of those we care
for or thought cared for us is unmeasurable and never leaves you. But I hope that in my
generation we can change all wrongdoing by those before and show the world who we are as a
people and stand united for what is right through the difficulty we may face.
