Assists in receiving and logging of official documents;


2. Delivers all official documents signed/approved by the VPFRG to concerned offices
3. Disseminates memoranda to concerned offices.
4. Performs minor clerical tasks, including the photocopying, sorting and filing/safekeeping of
documents.
5. Answers telephone calls and assists in coordinating with different offices regarding queries on
official documents
6. Perform other tasks as may be assigned.
