Summative Assessment
ESSAY: I would like you to write a research paper over a Native American tribe that I have
assigned you. It needs to include background information on the Native American tribe that you
are assigned such as how they lived, where they lived, and etc. Then include information about
the battles and wars they went through and what the Native Americans went through. Please try
to include information about what your specific tribe went through. Use your textbook, books
from the library, and only the website links that I have provided. If you find another source that
you would like to use, please ask me first. Use MLA format in your paper. The first website is to
help you set up your MLA format in the paper. Include a Works Cited page at the end of the
essay in correct MLA format. Rubric is at the bottom.
