authority, the organization poorly utilizes its

levels fail to follow it, which means some kind of
flexibility is available to employees
Control, cooperation and coordination is lacking
Integration among departments is lacking

Organization is fairly result oriented, but
change is discouraged
Business is customer centric
Organizational learning is lacking
Mission
The company has clear goals
The visions, mission and goals are
communicated to the employees
The employees think that company is not
at the top of the industry

Conclusion

From the interpretations we observe that


the company has the characteristics of
adhocracy and market oriented
organizational cultures
Though risk taking and individual
initiatives are encouraged, the company
is yet to concentrate on increasing
market share and competitiveness
The organization must concentrate on
transition to one specific type of
organizational culture to excel
