1. What are the changes?


To ensure we continue to offer English language programs that support students success in their
Monash University programs, Monash College will be extending the Monash English Bridging
(MEB) program for students on a pathway to University. The program will now have a 10, 15 and
20 week entry point. The first course affected by these changes is commencing on 13 February
2017.

2. Why did Monash College make these changes?


The additional five weeks and alignment of the entry requirements with destination programs will
ensure students are given adequate time to develop their language skills and be better equipped
on entry to deal with the linguistic demands of their destination program.
3. Which programs do the changes apply to?
The changes only apply to the MEB program for students on a pathway to an undergraduate,
postgraduate or graduate degrees of research at Monash University.

Fees will remain $470 per week for MEB with a $295 administration fee.
