    nationality, charged that on 13 th August 2014 at or about 14:15
    hours at Police Station within Bunda District in Mara Region, was
    found unlawfully enters or unlawfully present in the United
    Republic of Tanzania without being in possession of any valid pass
    or permit issued to him to justify his immigration status.
