    and (2) of the Immigration Act Cap 54 (RE 2002)
    PARTICULARS OF THE OFFENCE
    That the said Mitiku Gebrehana Ane being Ethiopian by nationality
    is charged that on 29 April 2015 at or about 08:00 hours at
    Mugeta area within Bunda District in Mara Region, were found
    unlawfully present in the United Republic of Tanzania without
    being in possession of any valid pass or permit issued to him to
    justify his immigration status.
