Recommended Safe Job Procedures

Provide adequate lighting inside the tank
Good housekeeping inside and outside the tank
Wear safety goggles (clear), hand gloves, coverall, safety shoes,
etc
Use particle respirator (double strap)
Provide exhaust fans at two openings, to maintain air circulation
Follow confined space entry JSA (Attached)
Use Rubber gloves, Dust mask, safety boot and clear safety glass
Ensure availability of First aid at site.
Provide metal sheet / Polythene sheet at the place of mortar
mixing and transferring.
Remove any mortar fall or balance waste immediately to
designated dumping area
Wear safety goggle. Also arrange eyewash nearby.

Wear Rubber glove, Polythene apron, safety boot, safety glass.

Mixing shall be done at outside the Tank
Wear respiratory protection (Organic vapour mask)
Check attached MSDS for additional safety measures.
Provide Fire extinguisher
Spill kit to be available at site
