AGENCY COMMISSION: 15% comm. to recognized Agencies. Bills rendered and payable monthly. No commission allowed on production charges.
Contracts most be signed, specifying the number of programs or announcements, not to exceed one year, and provide for a minimum of one
broadcast every week. All program materials must be in the hands of the station at least 48 hours prior to scheduled broadcast.
Standard conditions covering contracts for broadcasts as adopted 1946 NAB and AAAA enforced.
MANAGEMENT: Station owned and operated by Univision Radio Puerto Rico Inc.
All products, advertising copy and program materials are subject to acceptance and approval of the Station Manager.
