these days. Its the one beverage that fits
every social situation. In the morning,
afternoon or evening for a casual gettogether or formal affair, or at home with
the family, in a caf, coffee shop or
sidewalk patio with friends, coffee is a
delicious alternative to wine or beer,
conducive to conversation and community.
Thats why coffee affect a lot of peoples
life and health in many ways.

Caffeine is a neutral stimulant which effect peoples central
nervous system. Adenosine is a part of central nervous
system that has specific receptors. When adenosine levels
increase, you feel sleepy and tired. Caffeine blocked
adenosine receptors and fight against tiredness.It increases
the production of adrenalin.
Adrenalin is the fight or flight hormone, so it increases your
attention level and gives your entire system an extra burst of
energy. .

dopamine in the brain, thus helping to maintain the
dependency on this drug, which is consumed daily by 90% of
all adults in the U.S.
