We are interested in distribution of REACH MOBILES for the Sonitpur District

excluding Gohpur but before starting the same we have certain points that need to
be clarified. This is required because if we start we would like to go long way and
also for future growth of business.

After Sales Service policy, in-warranty & out warranty.


DOA Policy, DOA Settlement. If credit note issued at what rate.
Price Drop Policy.
Sales support such as scheme, retailer tie-up, ISD, SO, etc.
Stock Damage Policy.
Promotional Activities -BTL, ATL, Advertisement, Hoarding, Etc.
Time taken for settlement of schemes, credit notes, etc.
Margin, Extra Commission because Reach Mobiles being a new brand we
have to give extra effort & extra discounts, etc.
9. If a model is not sold, purchases return policy.
10.Cash discount and Credit facility, if any.
11.How would you tackle the phase if the company ceases to do business
further?
Moreover, Service centre here at Tezpur are not interested in taking up Service of a
new company for the best reason known to them and without a good reputed
service centre it is not possible to start the distribution in a smooth way. It is made
clear here that without the same we would not able to start any distribution.
