Send Message (Option 2)
1. Enter phone or group list number, and then press #
2. Confirm the number by pressing #
3. Record message, and to confirm message press #
Delivery Options
Press 1 to review message
Press 2 to mark message as urgent
Press 3 to mark message as private
Press 4 to re-record message
Press 5 to request delivery report
Press 6 to request read report
Press 7 to add or remove recipients
Press # to send
Greetings (Option 3)
1. Set-up a greeting
1. Record greeting after the beep

(This applies to recording all greetings)
2. Set-up extended absence greeting
Press 1 to turn on/off
Press 2 to re-record
Press 3 to delete

Settings (Option 4)
1. Manage group lists
1. Assign a number to the group list, and then press #
2. Press 1 to verify number / Press 2 to try again
3. Record the name of the group list and then press #
4. Press 1 to save recording / Press 2 to re-record
5. Enter subscriber or group list number to add, and then press #
Press 1 to add group list
Press 2 to remove the number from group list
Press 3 to delete list
Press 4 to play a list of members
Press 5 to record a new name for the list
Press * to exit

To turn on/off the option to enter the phone number every time voicemail is accessed, press 1

Use 1 to toggle on/off the option to use a PIN to access voicemail
4. Group mailbox options
Press 1 to enable new mailbox
Press 2 to disable a group mailbox
Press 3 to add a group mailbox
Press 4 to delete a group mailbox
Press to * Exit
5. Notification
Press 1 to activate/deactivate message waiting indicator
Press * to exit
Email notifications must be turned on using the web interface

6. Additional settings
Press 4 for broadcast options
Press 1 to turn marketing broadcasts on or off
Press * to exit

Deleted Messages (Option 6)
Number is listed, followed by the time
Press 1 to repeat message
Press 2 to restore message
Press 3 to permanently delete message
Press 4 to reply to deleted message
Press 5 to save a copy of deleted message
Press 7 to hear the number of caller again
Press # to move to the next deleted message
Leave inbox and sign on as another subscriber (Option 7)
1. Enter the number and press #
2. Select Voicemail box and press #
3. Enter PIN and press #
