WAIVER OF RIGHTS AND INTERESTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, Allan Enrico E. Alano, 39 years old, Married, PNP Non Uniformed
Personnel and resident of 156 Jacinto Street, Catarman, Northern Samar,
Philippines, after having sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and say
that:
I am the owner of Stall No. 21 of Old Market Tienda, situated at Barangay
Narra, Catarman, Northern Samar, Philippines. I have executed a Contract to Sell
my rights of occupancy to said premises, and decided to WAIVE and TRANSFER all
my rights and interest in the aforementioned establishment in favor of Mr.
Gerardo G. Alo, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of Mondragon, Northern Samar,
Philippines.
I hereby declare that the above-mentioned stall is subject to the provisions
of the rules and obligations of the Municipality of Catarman as provided therein. I
understand that Mr. Gerardo G. Alo shall assume responsibility over the terms and
conditions of the aforementioned transfer of rights, including the payment of any
and all obligations pertaining thereto.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby affix my respective signature on this 25th
day of January 2016 at Northern Samar, Philippines.

appeared Allan Enrico E. Alano, who are personally known to me/who exhibited
before me a competent proof of his identity, as well as their Community Tax
Certificates, as above-stated, known to me to be the same persons who executed
the foregoing instrument and that they acknowledge before me that the same was
their own free and voluntary act and deed.
The instrument, consisting one (1) page, including this page where the
acknowledgment is found, and has been signed by the parties and their respective
witnesses on each and every page thereof, refers to a Deed of Assignment with
Waiver of Rights and Interests.
