End of Term 3 Schools to swap unmarked RE and English samples

Provide two unmarked samples (one at standard and one other

sample either below or above standard) for both RE and English
attached to these will be one summary task sheet to orientate
teachers to the context of the sample (to possibly including unit
overview, achievement standards and elaborations, scaffolding
provided to students and any other relevant information).

sheet/criteria/rubric
English work sample will be written and edited by the student with
no teacher correction
Handwritten work samples, no names only year level

Term 4 Week 1 Staff Meeting

Teachers to work as year level teams to fill out assessment sheet

and annotate sample assign a level (at standard, above standard,
etc.)
St Anthonys to look at RE from MMK and English from SOTS
MMK to look at RE from SOTS and English from St As
SOTS to look at RE from ST As and English from MMK
Extra work samples from other schools will be provided if time
allows for moderation of those.

Term 4 Week 2 CTJ Moderation 14 th October 2015 3:30pm to

5:30pm/6pm St Anthonys
3:30pm arrive, welcome, prayer and afternoon tea. Move to rooms.
4:00pm Moderation in classrooms (1 teacher from each school where
possible) this will allow each area - RE and English to take 45 minutes (15
minutes per person)
