DOWN PAYMENT RECEIPT AGREEMENT

Received from REBECCA Z. BELO, with postal address at Mypa

Building, Diego Silang St., Batangas City, the sum of One Million Pesos
(Php 1,000,000.00) covered by Security Bank, check # 000987654 dated
October 3, 2013 representing EARNEST MONEY for payment of one (1)
unit SuctioFat-1000 laser slimming machine.
This DOWN PAYMENT forms part of the purchase price of Two Million
Five Hundred Thousand (Php 2,500,000.00). The balance and full
payment shall be paid upon delivery of the laser slimming machine to
Buyers dermatology clinic at Mypa Building, Diego Silang St., Batangas
City within seven (1) days from receipt of this down payment.
Upon full payment, the SELLER shall execute a DEED OF ABSOLUTE
SALE in favor of the BUYER, conveying the subject property with full
warranty, and free and clear from any liens and encumbrances.
