Throughdiscriminatingsounds,enhancing
neuralplasticity,andinfluencingthewaythebrainworks,musichasanoticeableimpactonour
lives

InapaperbyBesson,APhDworkingatAixMarseilleUniversit,shestatesthat
resultsofmanyexperimentsintheneuroscienceofmusichaveshownthatmusiciansare
particularlysensitivetotheacousticstructureofsounds(Besson)
