ADQUISICION

to ensure the supply of the company or the customer,

the logistics coordinator must organize the process it
is acquiring the materials and means in the right
quantities, with high quality and at the best prices.

STORAGE

the logistic coordinator must ensure that the materials

are stored in the correct way. this includes both the
location and the arrangement and custody of all items
entering from the time they are received until they are
delivered to the parties

OFFICE

at this stage the logistic coordinator ensures that the

materials are delivered to who is responsible, within
the stipulated time for it. the process should be such
that remove any unnecessary step so that delivery
can be made as quickly as possible

CONTROL

logistics activity must be evaluated and considered

periodically. aspects such losses, damages or
inconsistencies are of permanent reflection for
logistics coordinator,who must establish the causes
and find solutions.
