HIMACHAL PRADESH UNIVERSITY, DEPARTMENT OF MATHEMATICS & STATISTICS, SUMMER HILL, SHIMLA-171 005 ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE POST OF PROJECT FELLOW UGC SAP-DRS-II (MATHEMATICS) Applications are invited for the post of Project Fellow under the UGC Special Assistance Programme (SAP) at the level of DRS-II sanctioned vide letter No.F.510/2/DRS-II/2015(SAP-I), dated 25% March, 2015, for a period of 5 years. The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the duration of the project. Minimum Essential Qualifications: The person to be considered for appointment as Project Fellow must have second class master degree with a minimum of 55% marks for general category (50% in case of SC/ST/PH) or M.Phil. in the subject concerned or a related subject. The candidate to be appointed as Project Fellow should be below the age of 40 years at the time of appointment. The Project Fellow should do work full time in the project and get the fellowship from one source only. Fellowship: i) NET/GATE qualified: Rs.16,000/- P.M. for initial 2 years and Rs.18,000/- P.M. for the third year. ii) Non-Gate/Non-NET: Rs.14,000/- P.M. for initial 2 years and Rs.16,000/- P.M. for the third year.How to apply: Eligible candidates may apply with full details on plain paper (including qualifications, age, email ID, contact number, etc. along with details of certificates of qualifications, experience, if any) so as to reach the undersigned either as hard copy or by email to rp_math hpu@yahoo.com on or before 07.10.2015.
