Nowadays , there are more and more human become


unhealthily and the obesity problem is among lots of cities , as a
result , it is very important to keep everyone healthy . The following
part i would like to talk about healthy lifestyle .
Do you know SARS ? Its a serious disease and was found in
china several years ago. Everyone knows unhealthy lifestyle
causes it. And it means unhealthy lifestyle will hurt us . To prevent
this kind of things take place again , we must have healthy lifestyle
.
Do you know unhealthy lifestyle will cause some bad tings ?
For example , we may become unhealthy if we often get up or go
to bad very late. If we dont wash our hands before meals , the
germs may though our month into body and cause illness. So we
must have healthy lifestyle to keep away from illness.
How to keep a healthy lifestyle? There are some suggestions
for you.
Firstly and the most important thing is you should have a
balance diet, as you know, our health is directly affect with our
diets, so have a balance diet with less oil, salt, sugar and more

vegetables is needed. Then, you should have a regular habit of


work and rest .We should get up early and do some sports every
morning . The air in the morning is fresher than that in any other
times. Next, exercise regularly and makes it a habit. More
importantly, don't stay up too late for a long period and have a
good rest when necessary. Moreover, doing more exercises is the
next importance factor, you can choose the sport which you like
most, and then play it every day for one hour a least. It is a very
useful method to keep healthy. All in all, having a regular habit of
work and rest and a balance diet and doing more exercise both
useful method to keep you healthy.
