CORPORATION FOR AMBULANCE SERVICES as Approved documents , it will be provided to
the Swedish Technology Project Team after award of the contract.
Scope of this proposal is based on our understanding of DUBAI CORPORATION FOR
AMBULANCE SERVICES requirements. The estimations are likely to change once we obtain more
detailed information.
All documentation and workshops are provided in English or Arabic one language only ,
Workshop venues meet the technical requirements for connecting to the Instance (Oracle Server)
project environments.
DUBAI CORPORATION FOR AMBULANCE SERVICES members are available for workshops and
work product reviews.
Handling and reporting of Service Requests to Oracle Support is the responsibility of theDubai
Corporation for Ambulance Services .
Organizational Change Management will be covered by theDubai Corporation for Ambulance
Services .
It is assumed that DUBAI CORPORATION FOR AMBULANCE SERVICES will maintain and
obtain license for any necessary Oracle software and hardware programs before the commencement
of the services.
In case of any required visit to any other country; Accommodation; Transportation & Flight will be on
DUBAI CORPORATION FOR AMBULANCE SERVICES Cost.
If the project has been ended for any reasons; DUBAI CORPORATION FOR AMBULANCE
SERVICES shall pay Swedish Technology all fees as specified in the Statement of Work and expenses
up to the effective date of the termination, including work in progress, and including the applicable
notice period irrespective of whether Company requires Swedish Technologys services during same;
and Swedish Technologys demobilization costs, transition costs, and other unrecoverable costs.

Swedish Technology has its own issue management tool Issue Tracking System (ITS) for which access
will be provided to Client representatives who will log in the issues and Swedish Technology support
desk will pick it up and as per defined SLAs will resolve the same.
A log in id / password will be created for the Client and can access this portal over Internet.
Once logged to the Project Portal one can access the Issue Portal and perform the following tasks:

all the details to excel for reporting purposes.

The training will be instructor-led Computer Based Training (CBT) workshops, and conducted based on
preapproved Business scenarios and use-cases.
The group of people Responsible for a particular task will be trained On end-to-end process flow.
They will also have hands on experience with the new application.
The training program will aim to increase self-sufficiency of the Client project team and decrease the
dependency on external consultancy. The super users from Client are expected to possess the following
competencies for training to be more effective:
The detailed knowledge of the assigned business processes and related modules in Oracle
Applications.
Client participating in the implementation is expected to have conceptual education and familiarity
with Oracle APPS screen navigation.
Detailed knowledge of the assigned technical area, including tools, development or support
method, system architecture and supported system components (for example, interfDSG, reports,
technical architecture, system administration, data base) for the IT team members
