Introduction:
The word Life is known to all. The perceptions differ person to person. We
make our opinions based on the good or bad experiences during journey of
our life. We start assuming that
our opinions are judgments. Our
behavior is based on our paradigm. But in reality
Life is as
beautiful as the Nature. It requires a new perspective to rejuvenate in
every moment that we live.
At work place our performance is directly related our behavior. To bring a
change in Human behavior is although a tough task but not an impossible
one. There is a need to change our angle of vision and follow a right direction
towards our destination.
It is our endeavor to provide new vision and new direction. We stimulate the
participants on the different attributes which are known but not understood
by them.

1. Work Culture:
Every society / country has its own culture. The standard of life is linked
with the quality of culture of the respective society. It applies to the
Work also. More the top quality of Work more is the Prosperity. The
blend of top quality of Work and top class culture develops Work
Culture.

2. Discipline:

There are many Myths about the discipline. People think discipline as
anything which
is imposed forcefully with a fear of punishment
may be at home or at workplace.
But in reality Discipline
is required for the prosperity. Discipline means to implement the
guidelines, the rules, the procedures and the policies designed by the
organization with understanding the significance and accepting whole
heartedly. We break the myths and change their attitude towards the
discipline by some role plays, video clips and interactions.

3. Positive Attitude:

It our approach of thought process or the manner in which we assume the


matter, situation and feeling. The way we behave with others or deal with
any problem or behave in any crisis certainly exhibit our attitude towards
that given situation or person. We easily develop negative attitude which
is detrimental to our life. Making our life blissful it is imperative to change
our attitude. During this session we demonstrate how to introspect and
understand our attitude with some role plays, video clips, and discussions

4. High Morale and Maturity:


Successful persons have two main attributes like high morale and
maturity. Our success matters a lot on how we handle any worst situation.
It is our rich experience educates to resort to problems. To have
experience we need to do experiments in our life. And to do experiments
we need courage. In this session our focus is inducing the courage among
the participants through games, video clips and simulation. This module
encompasses the following:

Self-esteem

Being Good Listener

5. Integrity, Affection and Loyalty:

Integrity is adherence to a code of moral values. Among the most


important employer expectations is Loyalty. These attributes are very
important in our life. We should be honest with our nation, family and our
organization. To be a reliable family member or employee we have work

upon sensibility. This module develops the beliefs and values that we
need to be a good citizen in society and in our workplace.

7. Team Work:
Teamwork is an essential part of workplace success. Like a basketball
team working together to set up the perfect shot, every team member
has a specific role to play in accomplishing tasks on the job. Although it
may seem as if one player scored the basket, that basket was made
possible by many peoples planning, coordination, and cooperation to get
that player the ball. Employers look for people who know how to work well
with others. In this module through games, role plays and video clips we
