Dear Dr. Sanchez,
Request for extension of promissory note for Midyear term 2016
I, Elton John A. Boholst currently taking Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with the
student number of 2014-63165, am requesting your office to grant me an extension
for submitting the promissory note for my Student Loan Board (SLB) fees in order
for me to enrol this Midyear term 2016. I did not meet the deadline for the
submission of promissory note because my parents stated that they can pay my
SLB fees prior to the deadline. However due to some conflicts between my parents,
they were unable to fulfill it.
As a matter of fact, my mother wanted me to work for money rather pursue a
degree in college but I really wanted to study in this university and continue
fulfilling my dream to be a scientist. By granting me this extension, it will help me
achieve my goal in life.
