CURRENT FOOTHOLD OF OUR

START-UP
We are a young team of NIT Kurukshetra. We
are just start-up in providing dynamic
engineering solutions with our clients MIT,
University of Florida, Stanford University,
Pearson, Tata Mc. Graw Hill and many more.
We work basically as technical experts
providing solutions to the questions of USA
Colleges/Universities students on Question &
Answer Board (Q&A).
We generally hire technical experts who are
alumnis of IITs and NITs. Experts may be post
graduates or undergraduates who have the
right attitude and aptitude.

PROPOSAL FOR EXPANSION OF

BUISNESS
We propose to outsource this business not only
to the technical experts that we are hiring but

to the normal engineering student pursuing
their degree in engineering.
Firstly, we propose to make a portal (a website)
in which we will put the solution sets and these
questions will be open to general students.
These students will be paid for the correct
solutions they have posted. Students can select
any of the subjects as specified: Mechanical
Engineering, civil engineering, chemical
engineering, Economics , Finance & General
Buisness.
Not even this we have the concept of
HANDSHAKE-BUISNESS , we will get in-kind
sponsorships in the form of coupons and
goodies from companies like Ola-cabs, Uber
cabs, freecharge, snapdeal and others , who
want to advertise themselves. These coupons
and goodies may be distributed to the students
who will provide solutions to the problems on
our site. So in short both sides are happy i.e we
got our solutions and they got their
advertisements. Hence the name Handshake
Buisness.

Now-a-days students are very excited

about getting free trips on OLA cabs
and UBER cabs. If this excitement can
be fulfilled by solving questions then it
will also benefit them and us too.

Secondly, our end-user is a student who is

generally a tech-savvy so we shall propose to
make an app for our purpose where student
will have access to all our features. Hence in this
way , we shall reach out many students. Initially
we will provide coupons and goodies to all
those who download our app and help
recommend our app to others. We have thus
created a CHAIN-IN-MARKETING which can
popularize our site as well as our app.

INDUSTRY-SUMMIT
Thirdly, our main aim is to increase the footfall
on our site and on our app so that we can
attract other companies to invest on us for
advertisement. For this we have contacts with
several reputed colleges and we shall become
event sponsers in various techfest in which we
will organize events related to the question sets
that we get from various universities. So this
will serve two purposes : firstly, we get
solutions for our question set and secondly, we
can increase footfall on our sites by registering
the student (interested in our events that we
shall organise) on our site.
Hence, more and more students get to know
about us and will contribute to our mission and
vision.

Being part of NIT family we will first

target to take up evevts in our college
then proceed to local colleges of
Kurukshetra. Then after gaining
some experience we will move to
other NITs like that of Hamirpur and
Uttrakhand etc.

Fourthly, the students who really like this work

and wish to join us professionally will get free
books on rent , which will aid them in their
studies and also in providing solutions to our
solution sets.

SUMMARY
Let us summarize what we have proposed:
We were a group of technical experts providing
solutions to American College grade textbooks.
We expanded our business using a site and app
which will attract many companies for ads once
we reach out to a large number of students by

organizing various events in reputed colleges of

our country and registering students through
our website for these events. Moreover , in
order to hire interested college students
professionally we will give them books on rent.
