Subject: Regarding hostel facility without availing hostel mess.

Respected sir,
I M.Venkateswara Reddy (Reg.No: 2014EEZ0002), Research scholar
in Electrical engineering department, request you to provide me with hostel facility
without availing the hostel mess food. Sir, I have been through surgery in the last
semester due to complications in stomach (i.e Removal of stones and gall bladder)
and i am having gastric problem as revealed by endoscopy in the last month. As i
cannot obtain any food suggested by doctors from hostel mess, i would like try self
cooking for the next few months. If i feel comfortable in cooking i would like to
move outside campus completely by next semester. Please kindly grant me the
permission to avail the hostel facility without mess in the next semester; i would not
be availing HRA facility during this period.
