open up countless job opportunities and experiences. You dont want to reach
30 years of age and miss them because you dont speak it.

day of museums. First I`d go to the National Gallery to see famous paintings.
Then I would go to The British museum.

dessert.English people like domestic animals. Every family has a pet: a dog, a
cat or a bird.Englishmen have many traditional holidays, such as Christmas,
St.Valentine's Day, Mother's day, Easter and others.
22.If I could travel anywhere, I would want to go to Ireland or Scotland. The
landscape and history of both countries fascinate me. I would want my family
to go with me and we would be gone for at least 3 days so we could have a
lot of time there. I thought that Marseille looked really interesting. The French
food, coastal areas, art and history would be really spectacular! Hopefully I
will be able to travel to Ireland or Scotland one day, whether it is for college,
my honeymoon or even when I am retired.

the history of the nation. The main holidays of the USA are New Year's Day,
Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and
Christmas.The New Year's Eve is a time for merriment. Most Americans spend
this night with friends, at home or in restaurants.At Easter there is a tradition
for people to buy new clothes.Memorial Day comes on May 30. It is dedicated
to the memory of those who died for America in different wars.

28. There are many wonderful sights there. First of all, I would like to go to
the park of entertainments in London.They say you can see the most distant
corners of London from the London eye. Secondly, I would like to go to the
Loch Ness Lake where the Loch Ness monster lives. Thirdly, I would like to
visit Buckingham palace and to talk to Elizabeth the II, the queen of England.
12.The most popular hobby of the British is gardening. Most English people
love gardens, their own above all, and this is probably one reason why so
many people prefer to live in houses rather than flats. In the suburbs you can
see row after row of ordinary small houses. And each house is surrounded by
lots of flowers. Many people who have no gardens of their own have patches
of land. They spend much leisure time working among their flowers, trees and
vegetables
