Students start at level 1 and work their way through the activities e.g. 1x shuttle,
2 x Burpees and then go back to the shuttle. Then next round it would be 1x
Shuttle, 2 x Burpee, 3x press up and you continue this until you get to 12 high
knees.

100 Club

Students work in pairs. One runs a shuttle or set route whilst the other starts on
exercise 1 counting how many reps they complete. When the first students
returns from their shuttle they are told how many they have completed and
continue counting from that point until they reach 100 of the exercise between
the pair. They then progress onto the next exercise

Warm up- Bunny Hop Burpee Challenge

Spider Web
Draw a web on the Whiteboard with the Gym as the centre point. Students peer
up, one student runs to the venue the other completes the activity at the gym.
Once the student has returned from the run they then swap over and the partner
completes the run while the other one does the activity.
They continue this until they have been to each station and then it is 4x around
the field each to complete the spiders web.

Deck of Cards

Label each corner of the gym with a suit (Spades, diamonds etc) A Table in the
middle has one or two packs of cards on it, spread out and face down. In each
corner are cards of different exercises. Students have to run the middle and
select a card. They then go to the corner that matches the suit and perform the
number according to the card they selected of one of the exercises assigned to
that suit. They then go to the middle and select another card.

Staggered school run or Team Cross Country run

Students leave slowest to fastest for a full school circuit
e.g. a runner who scores 6 on the beep test will get a 2 minute start on a runner
that scores 10 on the beep test.
Team cross country run
Students pair up one student runs one way the other run the opposite. When
they meet up they decide which way they would like to run back.
