Disappearance

Were running on fumes, Lucas said to Mia. They were in Los Angeles, a rundown
place that millionaires love to play.
Ill make a call, Mia said. She walked over to the pay phone and dropped 50 cents into
the slot. They were going to see someone in Rio.

Whilst Mia and Lucas were walking up a set of stone roughed up stairs, men started
surrounding them with guns. Lets get out of here, Lucas said.
HOLD ON! HOLD ON! Lamar said, waving his hands to signal them off.
The men turned, and looked at Lamar questioningly. Mia and Lamar hugged. Lamar
looked at Lucas and said, Buster. Lamar had given him that name from when they first met a
longtime ago in Los Angles.
Lucas smiled.
They walked up some stairs and had a little conversation. They got to Lamars home and
they cooked up Mia and Lucas a meal and started eating like they were bull dogs, like they
hadnt eaten in a week. When they were done Lucas and Lamar were at the table having some
beer. Mia was helping with the last few dishes washing and drying.
So whats it like? Lamar said.
Whats that? Lucas responded.
Being on the other side of the wanted list? Lamar said with a half smirk half grin.
Lucas didnt respond. He just kept drinking his beer. The next day, they woke up and
were told that Lamar had a job for them to make some good quick cash. Illegally of course.

Lamar explained to them that it was an easy job and that, Lamars sister, Martha Hunt would be
there. He proceeded to tell him that this guy that goes by the name Reys. He was a big time
criminal that left no paper trail. He also told them that Reys was organizing this and that it was
easy. It was a couple cars on moving train. They had all the equipment and everything he
continued to explain. After all the explaining Lucas and Mia took off and right when Lamar was
about to leave Martha showed up. Lamar got a big smile on his face.

When the job came around they were on the train. A worker came and Lucas said, Here
we go!
Mia responded with, Lets do this.
Mia accidently ran into the worker and started apologizing. Whilst the worker was
distracted, Lucas grabbed a card and swiped it into a device that put it onto another card and then
allows them to move from crater to crater. While doing this, Reys men, Lamar and Martha were
taking a plasma cutter to the side of the crater. When they got there, Lamar Martha and Reys
men were there . Lucas and Mia got the keys and started one of the cars. Lamar got in. They
hooked cables to the car and the cables pulled it onto a truck with a lowering bed and Lamar
drove off. One of Reys men tried to get in the GT 40 that was there but Lucas stopped him and
said, Ladies first.
Mia got in the car. They hooked it up to the cables. Whilst Reys men were hooking the
cables they said, Tem problema estamos todos reunidos no mesmo lugar. (its okay we are all
meeting at the same place.) They both nodded their heads.
