The project that I have assigned in the subject of Quantitative techniques is “A

study of the Motivation with the Employees”. The sample size of the project is 30.
And the organization that I have selected is from banking sector. I have collected
data from Three banks that are Bank Alfalah Limited, Askari Bank Limited and . The
data was collected from the employment categories that are staff, worker and
executive.

Data Collection

I have collected data from three banks that are Bank Alfalah Limited, Askari Bank
Limited and United Bank Limited. I visited each bank personally and give
questionnaire to the people who were free at that time and are able to solve the
questionnaire by themselves. The workers who are unable to read the questionnaire
I have translated the whole questionnaire to them and get the relevant information.
I t took me 3 days to collect data from three banks. As in bank people are usually
busy and take time to solve the questionnaire.

Data Analysis

I have used Predictive Analytical software for analyzing the data. I have enter all the
data about the variable in the software and done certain test on that like t-test,
independent sample test, One Way ANOVA, Correlation and also find out the
descriptive statistics of the data.
