Jeromey Ward had worked for Waffle House for 22 years. During that time, Jeromey showed great
leadership skills and the ability to easily adapt and grow with the company. Jeromey started off with the
company in 1992 as an hourly employee, and worked his way into management. Jeromey was a district
manager for 9 years, and was then offered a division in Gainesville, Florida. During his time as a division
manager, Jeromey increased sales and lowered turnover. He was recognized for his ability to maintain
100% management retention during his last year with the company. Jeromey was able to improve profits
and excelled in understanding the Profit and Loss statements. His ability to recognize opportunities for
improvements and address issues immediately gained him the respect of those that reported to him. He
had a natural ability to balance peoples needs and the financial responsibility of the company. Even
though Jeromey held a position of upper level management, his people found him very approachable and
often sought him out for advice.
During Jeromeys time in management with the Waffle House, he never missed a day of work and
continuously behaved in a professional manner. Jeromeys integrity was never questioned during his time
