The workplace supervisor is an adult employee of a host workplace with appropriate industry experience, acting in
a designated supervisory capacity. This person is responsible for monitoring the progress of the student while in
the workplace and for determining if a student has attained a particular skill from the Workplace Learning
employability skills list.
Placement details:
This summary of attendance and hours worked is to be completed progressively by the student.
Both the employer and the school must verify the total hours for the placement and the number of days
completed.
