Delivers and manages Jeppesen and Boeing data for
Commercial Aviation
Supports iPads and Windows Surface tablets
Will ultimately replace an earlier system (DDM) that has
supported Boeing and Airbus Electronic Flight Bags for
over 10 years

Allows airlines to manage delivery with policy based mechanisms
Features a user interface designed to allow a single customer in the
back office to manage multiple thousands of devices
Provides airlines with configuration reporting on each device

The Local Edition (LE) Opportunity

Not all customers will accept Digital Aviation hosting their
information
Not all customers can allow their devices to connect to the
public internet
Some customers need to maintain tighter controls on their
system than a shared DA hosted system will allow
These customers would benefit from JDM Pro, but cannot
use our hosted solution

The Local Edition Concept

Local Edition Customers provide:

A hosting system that can run JDM Pro Local Edition (LE)
The security mechanisms firewall, forward/reverse proxy
An LDAP system for authentication of web users
A mail server for sending system emails

Local Edition Customers receive:

An installation system to self-service install LE
An LE system with all of the capabilities of JDM Pro hosted except
Cloud delivery

Additional configuration and management UI screens to enable the

customer to manage and diagnose their LE system
