Project Architect I

The Project Architect will be responsible for project implementation from conceptual design through construction
administration, including coordination with clients. The Mumbai Studio covers multiple practice areas including
Multi-unit residential, Education, senior living, Master planning and Hospitality projects.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing design and technical solutions under supervision of Project
Leadership through all phases of a project - from presentation drawings and modeling through technical drawings.
Contribute in the generation and implementation of innovative design concepts - utilizing multiple formats including
drawing, modeling and 3D imaging.
Become an indispensable component of the project team - generating, coordinating, and revising the documents
from which our projects are built.
Attend client meetings and construction site visits.
Collaborates with the Project Designer for the design of the project.
Develops, checks and coordinates technical aspects of the design of a project.
Coordinates the work of Consultants.
Follows established standards for project production and review.

Key Skills:
Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture is required
Minimum 3 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams.
Demonstrated capacity for design sensitivity
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Experience in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM modeling techniques a plus
Proficiency in Sketchup, Rhinoceros 3D and 3DsMax a plus.
Strong technical and graphic communication skills
Must possess high organization skills in graphic rendering including Rhinoceros, Adobe Illustrator, and
Adobe InDesign is required.
