System Requirem

FEASIBILITY STUDY
Feasibility study is the most important aspect
of development of system .It is required to pass out the system through the
feasibility checks. Through the feasibility study we can understand the
system is going to be computerized or not. In this study system will passes
out from many checks, then only it is decided to develop the system.
There are three main checks in this feasibility study.
If any of these checks is negative then it is required to fulfill that
requirement. The system will process further only when the all checks are
positive means the entire requirement has been satisfied.

TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY
In the feasibility it is required to know whether the
current level of technology can support the system or not. It will check the
availability of hardware equipment and software packages. The system
needs PANTIUM 4 processor, printer, MS-DOS prompt, jdk1.5.0,notepad.

ECONOMICAL FEASIBILITY
So far as the economical feasibility concerned the
department of system is able to buy all computer equipment and software.
In this other cost are also include salary of staff, salary of operator, cost of
maintenance.
The cost of doing a full system development is taken by
organization .The above cost can be divided as one time cost and recurring
cost.

OPERATIONAL FEASIBILITY
There is required to check the system will
operationally perform powerful or not. It will be consider the extent the
proposed system will fulfill requirement .That is whether the proposed
system cover all aspect of the working system and whether it has
considerable improvement.

TESTING
Testing is viral to the success of the system.
System testing is make logical assumption that if all parts
of system are correct , the goal will be successful
achieved. This system is testing by following steps &
prepared for final implementation .

Unit Testing
In Unit testing each & every module is tested individually
using dummy data to see whether that module function
properly or not .Final Unit Testing produces satisfy result.

Sequential Testing :
The module whos output will effect for processing done
by Using another module.

Positive Testing :
To make surety about the system there & the programs
cannot do the wrong process. And whole system is
working according to the requirement .

Acceptance Testing
Finally the system is running with the live data by
actual user.

CONCLUSION
This project has been made simple for easy
understanding.
This project for has been made user friendly to be
operated by the non professional operator.
The coding has been made simple.
Function has been repeatedly called to reduce the
coding.
