SERVICE REPORT

Check all plc program of MERCERIZER at the site. Also clear the problem of
the PLC communication with the hmi. Found plc faulty serial communication
port fail also display not shown and also run and faulty status not shown.

Also replace plc with new PM572 in place of PM571.

Chek all vfd drive program and logics also check caballing of the drive.

Check all interlock from field and also check all limit and trip signals.

Check all HMI program and its communication.

Shown all system in auto and manual Also show all the parameter and
settings of hmi show to

MAHAVIR SPINFAB ENGINEER.

All system check and running ok.

SERVICE CHARGE 8000/- DAY.
