We will meet with you and your family wherever necessary

at no cost for our initial meeting.
At this initial meeting we will undertake the following: Explore and review your key concerns about financial & care
matters
Analyse and review your current financial circumstance
Guide you through the various care options available
Explain the process for each care option
Examine appropriate care options or your current situation
Determine the next steps to take
Provide a fixed price for completion of work required
by us to achieve your goals

After this initial meeting, we develop a Strategic

Financial Plan for your situation and provide a clear
roadmap of what needs to be implemented. This plan
clearly identifies the financial costs of the options
considered.

Our process can include the following, depending on

your requirements from us.

Assist with organising an assessment with a

member of an Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT)
Completing any Centrelink applications required
Co-ordinate with Placement Consultants to find a
suitable Aged Care Facility
Co-ordinate with Home Care service providers for
home assistance
On-going financial guidance and support as
required
