KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ABC, of legal age, Filipino, widow, with residence and postal address at
Brgy. Lawy, Capas, Tarlac 2315, Philippines, with sound and disposing mind
and memory, and without having been coerced, intimidated or unduly
influenced by anybody, do hereby voluntarily execute and proclaim this
instrument as my LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, revoking and annulling all my
former wills made by me heretofore, as follows:

Should the Lord Almighty finally summon this soul from its earthly
abode, it is my wish and desire to bequeath, grant and devise my properties

To my beloved daughter, MARIA ROSARIO ESPINO-TANGLAO, I
hereby bequeath the property mentioned under Article II,
Paragraph A.2 above described;

To my beloved daughter, MARIA ROSARIO ESPINO-TANGLAO, I

hereby bequeath the property mentioned under Article II,
Paragraph A.3 above described;

To my daughters JOYCELINE ESPINO-VENTURA, ANGELINE

ESPINO-CHUA, PRESENTACION D. ESPINO, MARIA ROSARIO
ESPINO-TANGLAO, CLAIRE JOY ESPINO-MAGLINAO and my
grandchild PATRICIA E. TANGLAO, I hereby bequeath in equal
shares, my jewelries mentioned under Article II, Paragraph B,
above described;

That for the purpose of rendering this LAST WILL AND
TESTAMENT effective thru the proper proceeding in Court, I hereby name and
constitute CLAIRE JOY DAY ESPINO-MAGLINAO as my executor and
administrator of this LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, and that in the event of her
incapacity, I hereby name as her substitute my daughter MARIA ROSARIO
ESPINO-TANGLAO;
V.
I direct that my nominated Executor and Administrator be exempt
from the filing of bond.
