With lots of reluctance and a heavy heart, we the undersigned employee, would like to write this letter to you
as a final resort. This letter is regarding a formal complaint against one of our co-employees named
XXXXXXXX. The complaint against him is that he is treats his co-employee with no respect, has been
working with extremely negative attitude. He is often yelling and has had several confrontations with the
other employee, making the other feel bullied. His misbehavior is affecting our ability to work efficiently and
as team members we are very stressed with the current situation, and wishes this matter will be solved at
your most convenient but immediate time.
His work ethics seem to be poor as he has always been so arrogant even as a colleague. The following
behavior has been observed with him during company duties and responsibilities;

We have spoken with him personally also, but his attitude has been dismissive. Though, he has been one of
the oldest employees of the company, such kind of behavior is unacceptable for the high standards our
company has set. As meeting with Dr. Abdulla, everyone should respect each other and treat each other as a
family.
We would like to suggest that he receive a formal letter from the Human Resources department, regarding
his performance at the company. If possible have a personal meeting with him, and please find out if he is
suffering from any personal issue.

We wish your urgent attention in this matter as efforts from our side have gone in vain.
